The Healey 100 was one of the most
beautiful sports cars of its era. Being built in
aluminium meant that it did not rust like most British
cars of the era. The car will still out perform some so
called modern sports cars and is highly desirable. The
inevitable happened with an involvement with BMC.
Subsequent models were poor quality and constructed with
panels from British Pressed Steel (who supplied more
rust than metal).
